We understand that life can be
hectic, so we offer a drop off service for those clients who are
not able to schedule a regular appointment. To make sure we have
availability for all patients, we do request that you call ahead
to let us know when you will be bringing your pet. We also ask
that all patients be admitted for the drop off service as early
as possible. In rare circumstances we may need to limit the
number of patients accepted for this service. This limitation
ensures our staff will be able to provide adequate attention for
all of our patients.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted
by one of our team members who will assist you in completing a
history questionnaire. This questionnaire will help us address
any concerns you have regarding your pet's health. After your
pet as been examined, the doctor will contact you to discuss any
findings or to recommend additional services so it is extremely
important to leave a number where you can be reached throughout
the day.
Once your pet has received all of
the requested services, one of our team members will contact you
to let you know your pet is ready to go home. You may pick your
pet up at your convenience during our office hours.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee an exact dismissal
time.
