Paul R. Young Jr., DVM
Dr. Young graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary
Medicine in 1971 and opened Sunset Blvd Animal Clinic on March
1, 1974. He is a member of the AVMA, HCVMA, and TVMA. Dr. Young
has also served as Past President of the HCVMA.
Throughout his career, Dr. Young has strived to keep up with
the most recent techniques in small animal medicine. His medical
interests include radiology and surgery. Dr. Young especially
enjoys orthopedic surgery of the knee and treating ear diseases
with medical and surgical approaches. On the holistic side of
small animal care, Dr. Young also performs acupuncture.
In keeping up with his goal of practicing cutting edge
medicine, he is now performing minimally invasive surgeries such
as spays and preventative gastropexies. He also recently
upgraded the practice to digital radiography.
When Dr. Young is away from SBAC, he enjoys spending time
with his wife, Susan, his two adult children, Susanna and
Philip, and his canine pal, Henry. His hobbies include
traveling, reading, playing golf, and exercising.

Stacy O'Malley, DVM
Dr. O'Malley grew up on
the beaches of Corpus Christi, Texas. After obtaining her
Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr.
O'Malley went on to study veterinary medicine at Texas A&M.
Enjoying all animals great
and small, she has practiced both equine and small animal medicine
and surgery since graduating from vet school in 2000. Dr. O'Malley
joined the SBAC in January of 2008.
In her free time Dr. O'Malley
enjoys hiking, swimming, scuba diving, reading, gardening,
traveling, and attending Houston Dynamo games. Dr. O'Malley and
her husband, Ronan, are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy,
Kieran, and a whippet baby named Sunny.

Stephen P. Elorriaga,DVM
Dr. Elorriaga grew up in Houston, TX. He
received his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M
University in 1987. Dr. Elorriaga first worked at SBAC as a
relief doctor, and then joined the veterinary staff on a full
time basis in June of 2008. He is a member of the AVMA, HCVMA,
and TVMA.
Dr. Elorriaga enjoys spending time with his
daughter, Kimberly, and his pets which consist of an Australian
Cattle Dog, Blue, and three cats. His hobbies include kayaking
and digital photography.

Alice Anne Dodge, DVM
Dr. Dodge grew up in Houston, and went to school with Dr.
Young's children. She graduated from University of Texas with a
BBA in Finance.
Prior to attending veterinary school at
Texas A&M University, Dr. Dodge worked at Sunset Blvd Animal
Clinic as a veterinary technician. She received her Veterinary
Medical degree from A&M in 2005, and rejoined the SBAC team as a
veterinarian in December, 2008.
Dr. Dodge enjoys
hanging out with her energetic black Lab, Abby, and her orange
tabby cat Puddy Tat, better known as "the mini lion." She also
enjoys reading, golf, scuba diving, and cooking.
